We must remember that "property" is nothing more than a construct of the mind of man (actors). It is NOT tangible real stuff like automobiles, homes, etc. Most people have been brainwashed/indoctrinated into believing government actors have authority to tell you what to do on your private land as if it is "government property" or that so-called "police" have the authority to pull you over in your private automobile and issue tickets as if where they stop you is "government property". All government property is is an illusion located in a file cabinet somewhere; a mere piece of paper with some writing on it. What is United States? is it where people (free inhabitants) actually live? According to Statute, a creation of the mind of man, it is nothing more than a federal corporation. Just like Walmart, a corporation, United States only has authority on its property, NOT on people's private land or anything else the people (free inhabitants) own.The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere "user" and use must be in acceptance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State.
Does government have ownership of private property? This is where we will discuss private land v government property.
